Call Center Services

A call center is used for the purpose of receiving or transmitting a large volume of requests by telephone. A call center has the ability to handle a considerable volume of calls at the same time, to screen calls and forward them to someone qualified to handle them, and to log calls.

 

How to Request for Call Center Agent License:

A request for Call Center Agent must be requested through a memorandum signed by the department head and send to Corporate Communications Department. Approval of the Department Head, Corporate Communications Department (or designee in the regions) must be obtained.

 

Policy Applied for Call Center Services:

The requesting department shall ensure that all equipment is ready and available for Call Center installation, such as computers, headsets, Network (LAN) availability, etc. 

Corporate Communications will submit a monthly report to the Department Head regarding answered and unanswered calls and effectiveness of Call Center operations.
