Fax machine is a device that sends and receives printed pages or images over   telephone lines, by converting them to and from electronic signals.

 

How to Request for Facsimile (Fax) Machines:

A request for facsimile machines must be requested through a memorandum signed by the department head attached with Special Purchase Requisition (SPR) form and forwarded to Corporate Communications Department to evaluate and assess the requirements based on the department needs.
