DID and DOD

Direct Inward Dialing (DID) is a service of a Local Exchange Carrier, which provides a block of telephone numbers for calling into IP Telephony System, to receive incoming calls directly.

Direct Outward Dial (DOD) is the service of a Local Exchange Carrier that allows subscribers within IP Telephony System to connect to outside lines directly.

How to Request for DID and DOD services:

A request for DID and DOD services must be requested through a memorandum signed by the department head and send to Corporate Communications Department. Approval of the Department Head, Corporate Communications Department (or designee in the regions) must be obtained.
