Launching of KSAU-HS E-Directory

KSAU-HS E-directory has launched and has been integrated to NGHA directories in order to provide the users quick and easy search of completed and updated departments’ contact information in all regions. To view the KSAU-HS E-Directory, please click on the Directory menu.

Call Center

The Call Center solution provides different types of call reports that will support the department by managing the staff during peak call hours in minimizing the call waiting time, enhancing quality of service provided to the callers, reduce operational cost of the department, and be able to reach directly the concerned staff.

Service Desk

Corporate Communications department has launched the ServiceDesk that will enable the staff to request for any telecommunications maintenance services by signing up the request form thru ServiceDesk menu bar. Moreover, please contact our Communications Maintenance Helpdesk at extension 12345 for any follow-up concerns.

Mobile Softphone Extension

We would like to announce that Mobile soft phone extensions and Voicemail services are the latest telecommunication technology offered for the KSAU-HS staff.

Mobile soft phone extension can be uploaded through staff’s smart phones that will provide mobility voice services and enhance productivity at work using WIFI coverage within KSAU-HS campuses. Moreover, Voicemail service enables the staff to answer calls and receive a message if they are unable to respond which helps increase their efficiency and job performance.
